We proudly ship our products from the United States of America (USA). With meticulous attention to packaging and preparation for shipment, we ensure that your order arrives in impeccable condition.

Delivery times may fluctuate based on product availability, and all promises or assertions regarding delivery schedules are subject to potential delays due to unforeseen postal issues or other incidents beyond our control, for which we cannot be held accountable.

We are thrilled to extend our services to customers outside the United States through international shipping. However, please be aware that any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country’s customs authority are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed during checkout and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Goods will be deemed delivered once they reach the address you specify during the ordering process. Upon delivery, the responsibility for the products shifts to you.

There might be situations where your order is dispatched in multiple shipments. If that’s the case, we’ll notify you via email each time a shipment is sent out.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, and we highly discourage deliveries to hotels or third-party courier services. Any orders addressed to a hotel or a third-party courier are entirely at your risk once our courier service has completed the delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we suggest checking your courier tracking as your package might have been left in a secure location or with a neighbor.

If you still can’t find your order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team through chat or email for assistance. If the package is deemed lost, we’ll provide a replacement or issue a refund.

In case the original order eventually shows up, you’ll have the choice to pay for and keep the items or reject the delivery/send them back. If you’re unable to reject the delivery and decide not to keep the order, please inform our Customer Service team promptly so we can arrange a free return. If you don’t contact us or send back the duplicated orders, we maintain the right to bill you for the concerned items.
