Zoncolan Warranty Information

At Zoncolan, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase for our products. This warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship, given normal use and care.

Warranty Conditions

  1. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. The original invoice or sales receipt must be presented along with the defective product.
  2. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches or damage caused by accidents or misuse.
  3. The warranty will be void if there are signs of product alteration, modification, or attempts to repair the product by anyone other than authorized Zoncolan service personnel.
  4. Zoncolan is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
  5. The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation or labor. All defective products or parts replaced by Zoncolan become the company’s property.

Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at with your name, contact information, product model, a detailed description of the issue, and a copy of your original proof of purchase.
  2. After receiving a response from our team, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is a unique number that helps us track your returned product and expedite your warranty claim.
  3. Send the defective product to:

Remember to include your name, return address, and the RMA number (if provided) in your package.

Please note: Before returning any product, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service team. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.

Upon receipt of the product, our technicians will inspect it and make a final determination on the warranty coverage. If the product is found to be defective and covered by our warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace it. We will then return the repaired or replaced product to you.
